I am a certified personal trainer who has been working in the fitness industry with clients in private as well as group settings for 25 years. I focus on movement based functional training using Kettlebells, Barbells, Sand Bags, Suspension Trainers and Bodyweight exercises, the ongoing goal being continued improvement in biomarkers of health and quality of life. I believe that health is a combination of mental, emotional and physical well being. As such I concentrate on strength, mobility and nutrition with attention to stress management and the power of presence.
